Orders can be placed at any time with local delivery depending on your location.

Delivery availability and estimated times are always shown clearly at checkout.

How Does Shipping Work?

BabySOS offers local delivery for urgent baby essentials.

Once your order is placed:

  1. It’s immediately processed at your nearest BabySOS hub
  2. Items are carefully picked and packed
  3. Your order is dispatched for fast local delivery

Most deliveries arrive within 20–45 minutes, depending on time of day and location.

Stock Availability & Lead Times

All products shown on our website reflect live stock availability.

  • If an item is available, it’s ready to dispatch immediately
  • We do not substitute items without your approval
  • If something is unavailable, you’ll see this before completing checkout

This helps avoid surprises. Especially during urgent moments.

Delivery Process & Couriers

Orders are delivered using trusted local couriers and BabySOS drivers.

  • Drivers are briefed on urgent and late-night deliveries
  • Priority is given to emergency and Cub Club member orders during busy periods
  • You’ll receive updates once your order is on the way

Missed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery attempt is missed:

  • Our team or courier will follow up where possible
  • You may be contacted to arrange next steps

Due to the nature of baby essentials, some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
